By the way be sure whether you are getting breakfast, lunch or dinner that you show up at least 1.5 hours prior. Thankfully I am fluent in several languages but this was frustrating for many guests. However again, staff is rude and none of the staff speak English. In regards to the buffet, the foot was great. As for the staff on the casino floor not once was I greeted nor when I pressed the service button did anyone appear. The high end steakhouse food was average and you definitely don’t get what you pay for and the service is deplorable. One thing I learned in Vegas is that you have to be particular where you eat. Please be sure to bring your own technology because the in room TV service very rarely works. The rooms are decently sized although furniture and sheets are in need of repair and updating. The front desk staff and concierge provide fantastic service and are always willing to help throughout your stay. The Luxor is an MGM property located on the strip in the city of Las Vegas.
